I am a strategic marketing, brand, and customer experience executive with more than two decades of experience leading growth initiatives across Fortune 50 companies and founder-led businesses. My background combines enterprise-scale strategy with hands-on execution, allowing me to help organizations move from complexity to clarity and from activity to impact.
I spent the majority of my corporate career within United Technologies and Carrier, where I led global brand strategy, marketing operations, executive communications, and customer experience initiatives for multibillion-dollar businesses. In these roles, I partnered directly with senior leadership to unify global brands, modernize marketing ecosystems, and strengthen engagement across customers, employees, and stakeholders. My work included leading enterprise rebrands, launching a 22,000 square foot customer experience center visited by more than 15,000 people annually, and directing executive communications during a major $16.4 billion acquisition.

In addition to my enterprise experience, I served as a franchise owner and head of marketing for a national consumer brand. In that role, I was responsible for full P&L oversight, customer acquisition, digital marketing, local brand building, and team leadership. This experience sharpened my understanding of how marketing decisions directly affect revenue, profitability, and day-to-day operations, particularly for small and growing businesses.

Throughout my career, I have been trusted as a strategic advisor to executives, known for bringing structure to ambiguity and aligning marketing strategy with business priorities. My strengths include brand positioning, content and messaging strategy, customer journey design, executive and thought leadership communications, and performance-driven marketing planning.

I hold an MBA in Marketing and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and International Relations. Today, I work with small and mid-sized organizations as a fractional CMO and strategic consultant, helping them build stronger brands, attract the right audiences, and drive measurable results across sales, leads, engagement, and growth.
